" RELEASE AND SATISFACTION ~
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: + ~
C~ERK C RCUIT COURT: ~
WHEREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "taortqaqor",
by Indenture bearing date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in ~
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
oF St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, page
2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, F2orida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgaqee°, and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS, the said mortqagor has reques~ted the said
mortgagee to release the premises hereinaFter described, beinq
part of said mortqaged premises, from the lien and operation ot
said mortqage.
NOW, TNEREFORE, The said mortqaqee, in consideration o~
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said '
mortqaqe unto the said mortgaqor, its successors and assiqns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqage, uwre ' ~
particularly described as follows: ~

TO HA~1E AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the martgagor, its successors and assiqns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from ~he lien of said mortqaqe,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in ar.ywise imoair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortqage on the remaininq part
of said mortgaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WI2NESS WHEREOF, the said Mortqaqee has caused this
instrument to be sigr.ed at Jacksonville on this lo~? day of
