WHBREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, I~~F ~+TRas
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "m~~Q~~T .COURT~
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded n
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
o~ St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, page
2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonvi2le, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgagee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHSRSAS, the said mortgagor has reques ted the said
mortqaqee to release the premis~s hereinafter described, being
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of ;
said mortgaqe. i
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortqage unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of the prer.iises conveyed by said niortqaqe, a~ore •

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the raortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, ~
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained sha21 in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortqage on the remaining part
of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
ZN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortqaqee has caused this
instrument to be siqned at Jacksonville on this 14th day of
Februarv , 1969.
