WHBREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqaqor",
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, page ~
,2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank, ~
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHERSAS, the said mortqagor has reques ted the said `
mortgagee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqage. "
~ NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of f
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit- r• ,
claim, exonerate and discharge from the~lien and operation of said ~
mortgaqe unto the said mortqagor, its successors and assiqns, that •
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, more

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assiqns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortqage, ~
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq '
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortqage on the remaining part ~
of said mortgaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of ~ ;
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof. ;
