RNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: CLERK CIRCUIT COURT'

WHEREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a ,
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as 1he "mortqaqor",
by Indenture bearing date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and ~or the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, page
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgaqee", and '
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand (S300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned. , -
AND WHEREAS, the said mortgaqor has reques ted the said
mortqagee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq ?
part of said mortgaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortqagee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgage unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that • +
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, more
particularly described as follows:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing '
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part
of'said mortgaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgaqee has caused this
