CLERK CIRCUIT COURT~
WHSREAS, Holiday Out in America at~St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqaqor", i
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in " '
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County .
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank, `
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and ;
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payn~nent of the swa of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHSREAS, the said mortqagor has reques ted the said
mortqaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, being •
part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqage.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgaqee, in consideration of
the payc~ent of the sum of Two Thousand (52000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgage unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, more •

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigr?s forever, freed,
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said mortqaqe, ?
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgaqe on the remaininq part
of said mortgaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortqagee has caused this
instrument to be signed at Jacksonville on this 14th day of
Februsry , 1969.
