WH~REAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie ~~IrR~ C~R~C~f ~O~RY~
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortgaqor",
by indenture bearing date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Reeord Book 173, paqe
2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank, ~
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assigns, the premises therein particularly desaribed, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) DolZars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS, the said mortgagor has rec~ues ted the said
mortgaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said martgaqee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgaqe unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assiqns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, more •
particularly described as follows:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the nartgagor, its successors and assiqns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said mortgaqe,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq
herein contaiaed shall in anywi.se impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortqage on the remaining part
of said mortgaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagee has caused this
