'WHBREAS, Roliday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
F2orida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqagor",
~ by Indenture bearing date of September 26, 1968, a?nd recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
' of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
~ Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgaqee", and
its assigns, the premis~s therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS, the said mortqagor has reques:ted the said
mortqagee to release the premises hereinafter described, being `
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand (52000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknewledqed, does reanise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operati.on of said
mortgage unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assiqns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqage, more '
particularly described as follows: - ~

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assiqns forever, freed,
exonezated and discharqed of and from the lien of said mortqaqe,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
here:r. contained shall in anywise imnair, alter or diuninish the effect, ;
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortqage on the remaininq part
of said mortqaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies af the hclder thereof.
