SECURITY AGREEMENT
E~CUTED the 14th day of November, 1968, by SANFORD G. GIBSON
and JEANNE P. GIBSON. his wife, hereinafter called the debtors, to
CLYDE W. GIBSON, hereinafter called the secured party.

W I T N E S S E T Hs
That for good and valuable considerations, and also in con-
sideration of the sums named in the promissory note of even date
herewith, hereinafter described, the debtors hereby grant, bargain,
sell, alien, remise, convey anc~ confirm unto the secured party, a
self-liquidating lien to all the certain land of which the debtors
are now seized and in possession situate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, viz:

South, Range 39 East.
LESS rights-of-way for roads and drainage.
AND the debtors covenant with the secured party that the debtors
are indefeasibly seized of said land in fee simple; that the debtors
have good right and lawful authority to convey a self-liquidatinq

~ lien to said land as aforesaid; that the debtors hereby fully warrant

the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful 4

~ claims of all persons whomscever; and that said land is free and
clear of all encumbrances except taxes accruing subsequent to Decem-
ber 31, 1967.
PROVIDFD ALWAYS, that if said debtors shall pay unto said ,
