EXECUTRIX DEED
THIS INDENTURE, MADE and executed the _~~day of July,
A, D. 1969 by and between ROSITA M. LOGGINS, as Executrix of the estate
of Isabel T. Mitchell, deceased, hereinafter called party of the first part,

called party of the second part,
WITN ESSETH:
That said party of the first part did apply for leave to sell the
hereinafter described property by private sale, avering it is necessary and
expedient to sell the same and also each and every jurisdictional fact; which
said perition was duly considered by the County Judge of St. Lucie County,
Florida and found to be reasonable and just and the sale to be in the best
interest of said estate, and said Court having rendered its Order in said
estate under date of July l~, 1969 authorizing and directing private sale
of the hereinafter described property.
NO~V THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, as well as the
purchase price of $18, 000.00 payable all cash above existing mortgage herein-
after described and assumed by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, said party of the first part hereby grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the said party
of the second part and to her heirs and assigns, forever, all that certain
property sitt~ate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as
follows:
