upon the above described property according to
agreed inventory thereof between the parties.
THIS CONVEYANCE is made subject to that
certain mortgage encumbering the above described property
to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce,
dated February 6, 1964 and recorded in Official Records Book
80, Page 492 of the Public Records of St. Lucie Count~r, ~'~orida~
~ which mortgage the party of the second part assumes n agree
to pay. .
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
'PO HAVE AND 'PO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second
part and her heirs and assigns in fee simple forever.
And the said party of the first part doth hereby covenant to and with the
said party of the second part that in all things preliminary to and in and about
said sale and this conveyance, the Orders of said Court and the laws of Florida
have been followed and complied with in all respects.
