OPTION TO PUR~CHASE
THIS AGRES~ entered into this ~i~? day of J~ine,
1969, by and between EDDI$ McGRIFP' and LILLI$ McGRIFF, his
wife, hereinafter referred to as "First Parties'~ and SUN-
FLOWER GROVES, INC., hereinafter referred to as "Second
Party". .
For aad in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and
other~valuable`spnsiderations, paid First Parties by Second
Party, First Paxties hereby grant unto Se.ond Party an
option to purchase the following described property located
in St. Lucie County, Florida:

Fi'rst Parties will give Second Party written notice thereof
at 1515 Midway R,oad, Fort Pierce, Florida, and also notify
the attorney for Second Party, B. A. Bittan, Jr., 201 South
2nd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, in writing. After both
Second Party and its attorney have received the above men-
tioned written notices, Second Party shall have thirty (30)
days in which to advise First Parties of its intention to
exercise the option to purchase the above described property,
