Fi'rst Parties will give Second Party written notice thereof at 1515 Midway R,oad, Fort Pierce, Florida, and also notify the attorney for Second Party, B. A. Bittan, Jr., 201 South 2nd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, in writing.
