T$MPORARY CONSTRUCTION P$RMIT
The undersigned, CHARLB3 F. FAW38TT, JR., hereby grants to
FORT PIBRCS FARM3 DRAINAG$ DISTRICT. a temporary conatruction Permit for ;
its propoaed construction related to channel improvement of the main
canal of the FORT PI$RC$ FARM3 DRAINAG$ DI3TRICT under the Diatrict's
Small Watershed Work Plan.
This permi~ covers the following deacribed land owned by the
undersigned, to-wit:

Thie temporary construction permit shall allow for clearing,

~se by equipment and temporary spoil placement if necessary. No citrus
treea are to be damaged or disturbed. This permit ahall terminate upon
comgletion of said construction.
