TSMPOR~RY COtd3TRUCTION PBRMIT
The undnrsigned, w. C. CiR~VBS, JR. and a?ODRSY GRAVES, hi~
wife, hereby grant to F'ORT PI$RC8 FARNS DRAINAG$ DISTRICT, a temporary
conatruction permit for its propoeed construction related to channel
improvement of the main canal of the FORT PI$RCS FARM3 DRAINAGg DISTRICT
under the Dietrict's Small waterahed Work Plan.
This peranit covere the followiny deacribed land owned by the
undersigned, to-wit:
That part of the North $aet 1/4 of Section 4, ~own-
ship 34 3outh, Range 39 $ast, lyinq east of and within
30 feet of the east right of way line of the main canal
of the Fort Pierce Farms Drainage District, in St.
Lucie County, Florida,
This temporary construction permit shall allow for clearing,
l
use by equi~sment and temporary spoil plac~nent if neceasary. No
citrus trees are to be damaged or diaturbed. This permit ahall ter-
minate upon completion of said conatruction.
