TEMPORARY CON3TRUCTION P$RMIT
The underaigned, G$ORGB S. LAMB$TH and B$SSIS Ii. LAMB$TH,
his wife, hereby grant to FORT PIBRC$ FARMS DRAIAir?G$ DISTRICT, a temporary
construction permit for its proposed conetruction related to channel
improvement of the main canal of the FORT PITRC$ FARMS DRAINAG~ DISTRICT
under the District's Small Watershed Work Plan.

This permit covers the following described land owned by the
undersigned, to-wit:
That part of the 3outh 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the
SW~ of the 3S~ of Section 4, Tow~nship 34 South,
- Q o Range 39 Bast, lying east of and within 30 feet of

N io Fort Pierce Farms Drainage District, in St. Luc1e

This temporary construction permit shall allow for clearing,
use by equipment and temporazy spoil placement if necessary. No citrus
trees are to be damaged or diaturbed. This permit ahall terminate upon
completion of said construction.
