permit for its proposed construction related to channe~ improvement of
the main canal of the FORT PISRC$ FAR1~3 DRAINAGB DISTRICT under the
District'a Small watershed Work Plan. ~
This permit covers tY~e following described land owned by the '
undersigned, to wit:
That part of the North 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the
3W~ of the S$~ of Section 4, Township 34 South,
Range ~9 $ast, lying east of and within 30 feet of
the eaet right of way line of the main canal of the
Fort Pierce Farms Drainage Diatrict, in St. Lucie
County, Florida. ~

This temporary co~ truction permit shall allow for clearing, i

use by equipment and temporary apoil placement if neces8ary. No citrus ?

treea are to be damaged or disturbed. This permit shall terminate upon

completion of said construction.
