ARTICLES OF AGREEM~NT , Made thi s~;2 g7~ day of De cembe r~ in the
year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and sixty-eight between
PAL~+'.ER AND CRIST, INC., a Florida corporation, party of the first part,
and J. J. JAMES, J. C. GIBSON, D. C. ANDERSON, STEPHEN SLATER, FREDDIE
. LES GIBSON, and JOHN CRU1?iBLEY, as Trustees for the NEW MOUNT ZION
MISSIONARY CHURCH, an unincorporated association, parties of the
second part,
WITNESSETH:
That if the said parties of the second part shall first make
the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their
part to be made and performed, the said party of the first part herebp
covenants and agrees to convey and assure to the said parties of' the
second part, their heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, in .
fee simple, clear of all encumbrances whatsoever, by a good and suf-
ficient deed, the lot, piece or parcel of land lying and situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, known and described as follows, to-~?it:
Lots and 5, Block 9, SOUTHERN P3NES SUBDII~ISION,
as recorded in Plat Book 9, page 6$, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and the said parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree to
pay to the said party of the first par~ the swa of TWELVE THOUSAND
FIVE HUNDRED ($12,500.00) DOLLARS, with interest at seven percent (7~}
per annwn from date.
IT IS AGREED BY AND BETWTEN THE PARTIES that first party has per-
formed valuable improvements, renovatians and work upon the aforesaid
Premises in a sum equal to the above referenced amount oMed hereunder;
I that second parties owe first party for original construction and im-
provemsnts upon the premises aa per lien held by first party in articles
of Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 145, pages 271~-2?5-276, public re-
cords of St. Lucie CounLy, Florida. Second parties agree thers is a
conaolidated amount due and owing first party as of November 11, 1968,
in the sum of TWFIriTY-FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIYS AIdD $7/100 DOLLARS
