and that all covenants and agreements herein contained shall extend
to and be obligatory upon the heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns of the re spective parties; and to pay all costs of collec-
tion, including a r~asonable attorney's fee in the event of any '
default hereunder.
IT IS FURTIiSR MUTUALLY AGREED by and between the parties hereto,
that default under this agreement or the earlier agreement betw~een
the parties herein referred to shall be considered to constitute
default under b~th agreements, and first party reserves right to
declare default under either or both agreements at the election of
first party.
IT IS FtTRTHER MUTUALLY AGREED, that the lien under this agree-
ment shall in no way alter, jeopardize or affect the priority of the
earlier agreement by and between the parties, and both parties herein
agree that the lien under this agreement herein shall have equal
dignity and priority to the earlier agreement herein referred to ex-
,
isting by and bet~reen the parties.
PARTIES OF THE SECOND PART HEREIN WARRANT that thep are the
duly elected Truatees for the NEW MOUNT ZION ~fISSIONARY CHURCH, Fort
~ Pierce, Florida, and personally warrant to first party their authority
as Trustees herein. ,
