OWNER shall pay MANAGEMENT COMPANY the sum of $4.00 per month for such trash and qarbaqe removal services, whether the premises are occ~vied or not, payable as billed. (C) SECURITY AND EXTERIOR iNSPECTION SERVICES: MANAGE- if.ENT COMPANY sha 1 maintain a L-tin?e security wat and patrol coverinq the PREMISES. During periods of unoccupancy, periodic inspection of the PR~:MISES will be made in order to notify OWNER of the need to make exterior repairs. In the event of a hurricane or other event likely to cause damage, such inspection shall be made as soon thereafter as practical.
