(20) days after the mailinq by MANAGEMENT COMPANY of written
nntification of such payment being due, interest shall accrue
on the unpaid amount at the maximum leqal rate of interest in
the State of Florida, and MANAGEMENT COMPANY, its successors
or assigns, may undertake collection of the swa which the
OWNER is obliqated to pay hereunder, toqether with all costs of
collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee. MANAGEMENT
COMPANY, its successors or assigns, in addition to other retaedies
~:rescribed by Florida law, may give notice to third parties that~
it has acquired a lien against the property for said amount by
filii~q a Notice of Lien aqainst the property for said amount a-
monq the Public Records of St. Lucie County, which lien may be
foreclosed at any ti.me by the procedure specified for the fore-
closure of inechanics' or statutory liens by the laws of Florida.
3. Any notice required to Le given hereunder shall be deemed
sufficiently given if sent by Registered or Certified Mail, address-
ecc to MANAGLMENT COMPANY at 1111 South Bayshore Drive, Miami,
Florida, and addressed to the OWNER at the address presently
shown on the records of MANAGEMENT COMPANY to be the address of the
OWNER, or at such later aiidress or addresses as MANAGEMEtiT COMPANY
or the OWNER may hereafter designate in writing to the other.
4. This Agreement shall be binding upon the~undersigned
parties and their respective heirs, successors, personal repre-
sentatives, administrators, executors and assigns, and shall be
deemea to be covenants runninq with the land.
