RESOLUTION NO. 69-59
BS IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St.
Lucie County in meeting assembled this 22nd day of July, 1969
that the description of the property owned by HILLIARD GROVES. INC.,
the zoning of which was changed from A-1 (Agriculturej to B-3
(Arterial Business) by Resolution No. 69-46, be and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Beg. 25 feet East and 25 feet South of the NW
corner of the SW~, thence run South 616 feet,
East 352.81 feet, North parallel to Kings High-
way 617.33 feet, thence West 352.81 feet to
POB, in Section 24, Township 35 South, Range
39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
