BEFORE me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
RUPERT JASEN SMITH, who first being duly sworn states under
oath that on the 16th day of May, 1969, JOSEPAINE KROLL was
the wife of EDWARD KROLL and that the Deed she executed in
Edward Kroll's favor being recorded in Official Record Book
178, at page 516, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, was in pursuance of a stipulation in Case No. 68-299
of the C ircuit Court of the Ninth JUdicial Circuit in and

= by Circuit Judge Wallace Sample on June 12, 1969.
