dated February 9th 1961 , and recorded

has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said rnortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all ~ight, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Cle~k of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
