NOTICE IS GNEN that a suit was instituted in the Circuit Court in and
for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Chancery. on the ~day of ~ 1969,
by E. Z. E., Iri~orporated, Plaintiff, against Pauline Talbert, Defendant.

The property involved is that certain lot, parce[ or piece of land situate,
[ying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as
follows:

Lot [1, Block B, of FRAMBACH SUBDIVISION, as per
piat thereof recorded in Piat Book 7, Page 36, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The re[ief sought in and by this suit is the foreclosure of a mortgage encum-
bering the above described property and the decreeing of a sale of the property
under the direction of the Court in default of the payment of the amount found
to be due the Plaintiff under the mortgage, and for other and further and genera[
retief set forth in the complaint.
