WITNFSSETH:
That the said party of the first part, for sad in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION to it in hand paid by the said parties of
the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the
said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, the following described land situate,
lying and being in City of Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida, to-wit:

a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book_ 14 ,
page 5 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to conditions, restridiona, reservations, limitations and easements of record: zoning and
other regulatory ordinances end fazes for the year 1969.
And the said party of the first part does hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will
defend- the same sgainst the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
