County, Florida; thence northerly, along the West line
of said Government Lot 4, a distance of 888.52 feet;
thence easterly, along a line parallel to the__north line
of said Government Lot 4, a distance of 1578 feet, more
or less to the waters of the St. Lucie River; thence
southeasterly, along the water's edge of said St. Lucie
River, a distance of 1129 feet, more or less, to a point
