by grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms unto the mortgagee all the certain land
of which the mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in $t. Lucie County,
Florida, viz:
Lots 1 to 12, inclusive, and Lots 15 to 20, inclusive, all
in Block 11, REGINA PALMS, as per plat thereof on file
in Pla~1••~Bogk 4, page 82, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, excepting therefrom the South 100 feet of
Lot 18 and the South 100 feet of Lot 19 of said Block 11,
and further excepting therefrom all rights of way for
public roads and drainage canals and easements for public
utilities.
