maturity, Ure whole of the sum or supis so advanced shall be due and payable thirty (30) days after demand bx

17. The mailing of a written notice or demand addn+ssed to the owner o[ record of the mortgaged premises,

owner at said mortgaged premises, end mailed by the United States msila, postage prepaid, shall be sufi'icieat

18. Title 38 United States Code and the Regulations issued thereunder shall govern the rights, duties
and liabilities of the parties hereto, and aqy provisions of this or other instruments executed in connection
with said indebtedness which are inconsistent with said Title or Regulations are hereby amended and supple-
mented b contorm thereto.
