(b) An unc.:vided one-half interest in a certain
promissory note dated May 20, 1966 at
Miami, : lorida, from Andrew Simeon and
Catheri:-c Simeon, his wife, to Opal Randel
and Elisabeth Galena, in the principal amount
of X10, 000 (said interest being valued at
~4, 500.00).
