KNOW All MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Piarce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Robert (;. Burton and
Nancy A. Burton, his wife,
dated June 8th 19 57 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in lttq. Book 137 on page
593-594 ,securing the payment of the sum of Four thousand seven hundred and no/l00

covering property in the County of St. LUCie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
