WARRANTY DEED

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That KIMCO FORT PIERCE,
INC., a Florida corporation, for and in consideration of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does bargain, sell,
convey and grant in fee simple forever unto STANDARD OIL COM-
PANY, a division of Chevron Oil Company, a California corpora-
tion, whose Post Office address is 525 Riverside Avenue,
Jacksonville, Florida, 32203, its successors and assigns,
forever, the following described property, situate, lying
and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
The East 215 feet of the North 175 feet
of the South 305 feet of that part of the
SE~t of the SW~ of Section 15, Township 35
South, Range 40 East, lying west of the
west right-of-way line of-South Fourth
