eaidenced by one certain note ,upon the following described
property, situate, lying and being in St. Luei a County, State of

The South 937. 33 feet of the North 2858.86 feet of Section 34,
Township 36 South, Range 41 East, and that part of Section 35, Township 36
South, Range 41 Eaet, lying between the easterly extensions of the north
and south boundaries of the foregoing tract, being a tract of land extending
from the Atlantic Ocean to the Indian River, and having a measurement
of 1, 000 feet along each side of State Road A-1-A and 1, 000 feet, more
or less, along the Atlantic Ocean, LESS .the strip of land 100 feet wide
conveyed by the Grantor to the State of Florida, for the use and benefit of
the State Road Department of Florida, by deed dated March 12, 1962, and
recorded in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Official
Record Book ?4, page 405, for the right-of-way of State Road A-1-A.
TOGETHER with the littoral and riparian rights appurtenant thereto,

have received full payment of said indebtedness, and do hereby acknowledge satis-
jaction of said mortgage, and hereby direct the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to
cancel the same of record, said original mortgage and the note secured thereby
