HomeMy WebLinkAbout0127 ~~119~ OPTION AGREEME~iT In consideration of Ten-Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Shamrock Village Associates,"a joint venture, the sole beneficiary of St. Lucie County Bank, as Trustee under trust agreement dated the 25th day of September, 1968, and known as Trt~,st No. nne (1), and ' St. Lucie County Bank as Trustee as aforesaid (both herein- after sometimes terms "Seller"), hereby grant to Fort Pierce Development Associates, an Illinois Limited Part- nership (hereinafter sometimes termed "Buyer") an irre- vocable option to purchase all of the real property which is the subject of that certain lease dated the 18th day of October, 1968, between St. Lucie County Bank, as • Trustee as aforesaid, as Landlord, and Richard A. Pain - and C. Robert Sutherlin, as Tenants (which lease is hereinafter termed "Lease") for the property commonly referred to as Shamrock Village and described on Exhibit A and outlined generally on Exhibit B attached hereto, which option shall be pursuant to the following terms and conditions 1. The subject property has been divided into three (3) tracts, as shown on the attached Exhibit B and which tracts have been numbered 1. 2 and 3. The option may be exercised by Buyer for one (1) or - more tracts at any time, and from time to time, _ after January 1, 1970 until December 31, 1972, at which time all options hereunder shall terminate. Buyer's op- tion shall first be exercisable for Tract No. 1, then Tract No. 2 an8 then Tract No. 3. eaoK1`r9 ~ ~7
