ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this22nd day of
Jules , 1969, by and between IDMUND M. RADKE and DORIS M.
l2,ADKE his wife, hereinafter called the parties of the first part,
and OSCAR DANIELS and MAMIE DANIELS , his wife , whose mailing
address is: 608 North 22nd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinaft~
called the parties of the second part,
W ITN ES S ETH:
That if the said parties of the second part shall first
make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned
on their part to be made and performed, the said parties of the
first part hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure to the
said parties of the second part, and their heirs, executors,
administrators, or assigns, in fee simple, by a good and sufficient
,deed, the following described property, together with all improveme~
thereon, lying, being and situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to-wit:

Lot 17, Block 2 of AUGUSTA SUBDIVISION;
as per plat. thereof on file in Plat
Book 8, Pale 34 .of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with all improvements
thereon ,
and the parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree to pay
to the said parties of the first part, as consideration therefor
the sum of NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRID SEVEDiTY-FIVE AND .50/100
I~ ($ 9 , 875.50) DOLLARS , in the manner following
There shall be paid the sum of $300.00
cash, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged and"the remaining balance
of $9,575.50 shall be paid in weekly
installments of $20.00 on Saturday the
~N 26th day of October, 1963, and $20.00
on each following Saturday of each and
every succeeding week thereafter until
the whole sum named, plus interest has
been paid in full. Each weekly payment
shall be applied first on interest and then

THIS INSTRUMENT REPLACES THAT CERTAIN ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT RECORD
IN O.R. BOOK 73 PAGE 536 DATED THE 24TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1963 BETWE
THESE SAME PARTIES AND REPLACID BY THIS AGREII-iENT ADDING THIS
NOTATION AND PART OF PARAGRAPH 5 AND IN NO MANNER VARIES OR CHANGES'
ANY OF THE CONDITIONS OF THE SAID AGREEMENT REPLACID WITH THE
EXCEPTION OF A RED EM PT ION CLAUSE ADD ID TO PARAGRAPH 5 .
