1969, by and between B~DMtJND M. RADII and DORIS M. RADKS, his wife,
hereinafter called the parties of the first part, and GBORGB A. PATTBRSO
and GBLIA R. PATTBRSON, his wife, whose mailing address is; 703 North
21st Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the parties of the
second part,
W I T N B S S B T H:
That if the said parties of the second part shall first make
the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their
part to be made and performed, the said parties of the first part hereby
covenant and agree to convey and assure to the said parties of the second
part, and their heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns, in fee
simple, by a good and sufficient deed, the following described property,
together with all improvements thereon, lying, being and situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 5, Block 2 of AiJG[RSTA SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 8, Page 34 of the ublic Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with all improvements thereon.
and the parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree to pay to
the said parties of the first part, as consideration therefor the sum of
NINB THOUSAND BIGHT HUNDRBD SBVBNTY-FIVB AND .50/100 ($9,875.50) DOLi.ARS,
in the manner following:
There shall be paid the sum of $140.00
cash, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged and the remaining balance
of $9,735.50 shall be paid in weekly
installments of $20.00 on Saturday the
26th day of October, 1963, and $20.00
on each following Saturday of each and
every succeeding week thereafter until
the whole sum named, plus interest has
been paid in full. Bach weekly payment
shall be applied first on interest•.and
then on the unpaid principal balance;
with interest from the date hereof at the
rate of Seven Percent (7~ per annum on
