Satisfaction of Mortgage
KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Elton Sapp and `~oris
Jean Sapp, his wife dated September 12th 19 66 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in O.R. Book 155 on pages
10-11 ,securing the payment of the sum of Eight Thousand and YO/100------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------- Oollars(E 8,000.00 )
covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, cloth hereby ackrwwledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said First Federal Savings and Loan Associaton of Fort Pierce has caused these presettt~ to be
subscribed in its corporate name by its Executive Vice President
