On this day personally appeared before me, the under-
signed officer duly authorized to administer oaths and take
acknowledgments, JACQUELINE LOVE RUSSAKIS, who, after being
by me first duly cautioned and sworn, upon her oath deposes
and says:
That she is the wife of ERNIE AVAST RUSSAKIS and that
she and her husband were the former owners of Lots 16 and 18,
Block "A" of MARAVILLA HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 5, at page 1 of the public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
That on January 16, 1969, ERNIE A. RUSSAKIS and JACQUELINE
L. RUSSAKIS executed a Warranty Deed recorded at OR Book 176,
page 750 to the same property;
That ERNIE A. RUSSAKIS is in fact ERNIE AVAST RUSSAKIS
and that JACQUELINE L. RUSSAKIS is in fact JACQUELINE LOVE
RUSSAKIS and that the persons who executed the Deed on
January 16, 1969 are in fact the same persons who took owner-
ship of the property on July 12, 1965 by Warranty Deed from
HAMS AUGUST HANSEN, also known as HANS A. HANSEN, and ANNA E.
HANSEN, his wife, recorded in OR Book 122, page 371, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
