KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, PAUL H.
LEFFMANN and THEO H. LEFFMANN, his wife, the owners and
holders of a certain mortgage deed executed by THE MRY
CORPORATION in favor of PALM GROVE, INC., recorded in
Official Record Book 91, Page 239, Public Records of St.

Lucie County, Florida, securing a certain note in the
principal sum of 534,800.00, dated the 10th day of June,
1964, and recorded on the 10th day of June, 1964 in Book
91 at Page 239 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, whfbh said mortgage deed and note were assigned
to PAUL H. LEFFMANN and THEO I~. LEFFMANN by PALM GROVE,
INC., by Assignment of Mortgage dated the 7th day of
August, 1964, recorded in Book'95 at Page 526 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the property
situate in said State and County described as follows, to- "''
wit:
The Northwest Quarter (NW-1/4) of Section 10,
Township 34 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Subject to public roads, road rights-of-way
and drainage canals and ditches.
eby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note
mortgage deed, and surrender the same as cancelled, and
