WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the ~~ day of July, 1969, by
CHARLES j. LEVY and ELINOR M. LEVY, his wife, hereinafter called the grantors,
to HESS REALTY CORPORATION, a corporation existing under the laws of the State
of Delaware, with its permanent postoffice address at 1 Hess Plaza, Woodbridge.
New Jersey 07095, hereinafter called the grantee;
WITNESSETH:
That the grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00
and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto
the grantee, all that certain land situate fn St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 37, Maravilla Gardens,
Unit 1, as per plat thereof recorded on Page 55 of Plat Book 6,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, can westerly along
the North line of said Lot 37 a distance of 7.0 feet to the Point
of Beginning of the following described property:

From said Point of Beginning, run southerly parallel to the east
line of Lots 3 6 and 37 a distance of 179.05 feet to a point which
is 49.53 feet southerly of the north line of Lot 36; thence run
westerly parallel to the north line of Lot 36 a distance of 269.43
feet; thence run northerly 179.15 feet to a point which is on the
north line of Lot 37 and 261.63 feet westerly of the Point of
Beginning; thence can easterly along the north line of Lot 37 a
distance of 2 61.63 feet to the Point of Beginning .
SUBJECT TO: (a) Lien of City of Fort Pierce, Florida, for sanitary
sewer, recorded in Official Records Book 177, page 2156, of public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida; (b) easement for drainage pur-
poses over and across the East 10' of the above described property
according to instrument filed March 5, 1953, and recorded in Deed
Book 181, page 447, of the public records of St . Lucie County,
Florida; and (c) taxes for the year 1969.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurte-
nances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
