mentioned parallel with the Northerly boundary of said Lot 3 and run thence
in a Northerly direction along the Westerly boundary of said building here-
inafter described to point of beginning, being that portion of the land formerly
owned by Louette R. Nottingham on which the building located on the East 20
feet of said Lot 3 encroached upon land owned by the said Louette R.
Nottingham and being the same property conveyed by that certain deed dated
January 11, 1944 and recorded in Deed Book 98 at page 427 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which deed is by reference made a
part hereof.
