THIS INDENTURE made this 9th day of June A.D.,
1969, between CHARLES B. GATES, JR., Individually, and as Trustee
under the Will of C. BERNARD GATES, and KATHERINE H. GATES, his wife;
PHILIP C. GATES, Individually, and as Trustee under the Will of C.
BERNARD GATES and as Ancillary Administrator of the Estate of MABEL
G. CRICKARD, and BARBARA G. GATES, his wife, as parties of the first
part and the STATE OF FLORIDA, for the use and benefit of the State
Road Department of Florida, as party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, That the said p~f'fties~of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable consid-
erations, paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the party of the second part,
