ADDENDUM TO MEMORANDUM OF LEASE
THIS ADDENDUM TO MEMORANDUM OF LEASE made by
and between ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, as Trustee, under Trust
Agreement dated the 25th day of September, 1968, and known
as TRUST NUMBER ONE (1), hereinafter called the LESSOR, and
RICHARD A. PAIN, C. ROBERT SUTHERLIN and SHAMROCK VILLAGE
LTD., a Delaware corporation, herein called the ASSIGNORS
and FORT PIERCE DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATES, hereinafter called
the ASSIGNEE.
- FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of Ten (10.00)
Dollars and of other valuable considerations paid by the
ASSIGNEE to the LESSOR and the ASSIGNORS, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged by the LESSOR and the ASSIGNORS,
the ASSIGNORS hereby assign to the ASSIGNEE all of their
right, title and interest in and to a certain Lease Agree-
ment between LESSOR and RICHARD A. PAIN and C. ROBERT
SUTHERLIN dated the 18th day of October, 1968 for the pro-
perty described on Schedule "A" attached hereto, which Lease
was assigned on the same date to SHAMROCK VILLAGE LTD. and
the LESSOR hereby consents to said Assignment.
TOGETHER WITH all easements, rights and privileges
and appurtenances belonging to the demised premises or in any-
wise appertaining or in any manner connected therewith
AND TO HAVE AND TO HOLD same from the 28th day of
July, 1969 for the remainder of the term of the Lease.
THE TERMS, COVENANTS AND CONDITIONS of the Assignment `•
are hereby referred to and made a part hereof as if herein
set Porth in full. This Addendum to Memorandum of Lease for
recording is a form of the Assignment to ASSIGNEE for the
purposes of constructive notice. In the event of conflict
between provisions of -the Addendum to Memorandum of Lease
for recording and the long form of this Assignment to ASSIGNEE,
the terms and provisions of the long form of this Assignment
to ASSIGNEE shall prevail. '-~-~- ~' ,
