gate sum named in the promissory note of even date herowith, heroinajter described, the mortgagor hero-
by grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms unto the mortgagee all the certain land
of which the mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in Saint Lucie Co"'th'•
Florida, viz:
PARCEL A: The SZ of SE4 of SW! of Section 29, Township 35 South, Range 40
East, less and excepting the Nort~i 222.51 feet of the West 450 feet thereof.
AND
PARCEL B: Begin at the SW corner of tract presently owned by Indian River
Foods, Inc. the same being the North2a~.51 feet of the West 450 feet of the
SZ of the SE; of the SW4 of Section 29, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run
thence West on an extension of the South line of tract owned by Indian River
Foods, Inc. 300 feet to a point, thence North on a line parallel to West line
of tract owned by Indian River Foods, Inc. to the southerly right of way
line of Florida East Coast Railroad, run thence northeasterly along FEC
right of way to a point where the same intersects a northerly extension of the
west line of tract owned by Indian River Foods, Inc, run thence south to the
point of beginning.
AND
PARC EL C: In addition to the foregoing, Grantor does hereby give, grant
and convey to Grantee, its successors and assigns, a perpetual and
exclut;ive right of way and easement for ingress and egress and construction
and maintenance of a road over and across the East 50 feet ~f the SW4 of
'the SW4 of Section 29, Township 35 South, Range 40 East lying south of Parcel
B described above.
