Beginning at a point 660 feet South of the Northwest

Surfside Subdivision, Unit No. 1, as per Plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 10, page 17, Public Records of St. Lucie
Comity, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the
