SUBORDINATION OF ENCUMBRANCE TO PROPERTY
RIGHTS TO ST. LUCIE COUNTY
KNOW ALL MEN. BY THESE PRESENTS: .That whereas, it is proposed
by St. Lucie County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve
a county road and/or a drainage ditch in said County; and,
WHEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said
road and/or ditch is subject to a mortgage
held by the undersigned; and,
WHEREAS, on behalf of St. Lucie~County a request has been made
for the undersigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the property
rights of St. Lucie County in and to the portion of the premises
hereinafter described. ~ '
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of
the premises and one dollar and other good and valuable considera-
tions, paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned
subordinates said encumbrance to the property rights of St. Lucie
County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve said road and/or
ditch over, through, upon, and/or across the following described
lands, being a portion of the encumbered premises in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
The West 5 feet of the following described parcel:
From the Northwest corner of the NEB of the NEB{
of Section 20, Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
run East 25 feet; thence South 149.59 feet to
P.O.B.; thence continue South 345.41 feet; thence
East 415 feet; thence North 345.72 feet to the
South right of way of Virginia~Avenue; thence
Westerly on right of way of Virginia Ava><ue 415
feet to P.O.B., less and except the North 1/2
of the East 270 feet thereof.
