the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bar-
gained,`sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant,

lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida,
more particularly described as follows:

Plat of SUNLAND GoARDENS; said plat having been
recorded in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court, Ft. Pierce, Florida, on
September 10, 1947, in Plat Book~B, Page 32.
