THE UNDERSIGNED, Clerk of the Circuit
Court of the County and State aforesaid, does hereby
certify that he has caused a search to be made of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida and more
particularly, the Plat Books maintained by the office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court and finds that there is a
subdivision known as RIVER PARK SUBDIVISION, Unit five (5),
according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 11, at Page 31,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
further finds there is no other subdivision known as
RIVER PARR SUBDIVISION, Unit five (5), recorded in the
Plat Books of St. Lucie County, Florida, except for the
one heretofore mentioned which is recorded in Plat Book 11,
at Page 31 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and more particularly finds that in Plat Book 11, at Page 35,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, there is
no RIVER PARK SUBDIVISION, Unit five (5).
