MORTGAGE MODIFICIATION AGREEN~

, THIS AGREEME~, made this o~ 3 day of ,
~~ 1969, between HERBERT BARYON and MARIE BARYON, his wife,
hereinafter referred to as Mortgagor, and MILES S. BARRY
and BETTY BARRY, his wife, hereinafter referred to as Mort-
gagee;
WITNESSSTH:
The Mortgagee, the holder of a certain note for the
payment of Thirty-six Thousand Dollars ($36,000.00) made by
Mortgagor, dated August 20, 1964, which note is secured by
a purchase money mortgage recorded in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Official
Record Book 104, page 492, and which mortgage is now a first
lien on the premises therein described, on which. note and
mortgage there is now owing Thirty-six Thousand Dollars,
with interest at the rate of 496 per annum from August 20,
1968; in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other valuable considerations paid by the Mortgagor, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledge by Mortgagee, does hereby
modify the payment of the principal and interest indebtedness
secured by said note and mortgage as follows: _
The unpaid principal balance of Thirty-six Thousand
Dollars ($36,000.00) on said mortgage shall be paid to Mort-
gagee by Mortgagor at the rate of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)
per month beginning September 20, 1969, and said Thirty-six
Thousand Dollar ($36,000.00) mortgage balance shall bear in-
terest at the rate of 596 per annum payable semi-annually on
February 20 and August 20 of each year, with the first semi-
