THIS AGRBBMENT made and entered into this~_day of
1Q69, by and between EDMUND M. RADi~ and DORIS M. RADKfi, his wife,
hereinafter called the pazties of the first part, and GBORGB SMALL and
MARIB small, his wife, whose mailing address is: 701 North 21st Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the parties of the second part.

That the parties hereto acknowledge that the second parties
have been in possession of the premises Eton and after the 24th day of
October, 1963, on which date a similar Articles of Agreement was
executed and delivered to the second parties and which said Articles
of Agreement dated the 24th day of October, 1963, is hereby replaced by'
this instrument executed this date ratifying the said agreement and
adding thereto a redemption clause in paragraph 5, all other provisions,
conditions, and requirements being and remaining unchanged.
That if the said parties of the second part shall first make
the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their
part to be made and performed, the said parties of the first part hereby
covenant and agree to convey and assure to the said parties of the
second part, and their heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns, in
fee simple, by a good and sufficient deed, the following described
property, together with all improvements thereon, lying, being and
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit;
Lot 6, Block 2 of AUGUSTA SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 8, Page 34, of the public records
of St. Wcie County, Florida,
Together with all improvements thereon.
sad the parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree to pay to
the said parties of the first part, as consideration therefor, the sum
of NINB THOUSAND BIGHT HUNDRBD SBVBNTY-FIVB AND .50/100 ($9,875.50)
DOLLARS, in the manner following:
a There shall be paid the sum of $330.00 cash,
