in the ice of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie O~unty
State of Florida, in ~9 • ~ Book 15g Page 299 ,granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly desuibed,

NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum of one dollar and other good and valuable con-
sideration dollars, to it in hand paid by the said

at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, rekse, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said

their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said
