Between MAMIE JONES, as Administratrix of the Estate of Lula Johnson
a/k/a Lula Green, Deceased of the County of Palm Beach, in the State
of Florida, party of the first part, and R. E: SLAY SR. and MARGARITE
I: SLAY, his wife, and J; L. SLAY and BARBARA SLAY, his wife, of the
County of St. Lucie, in the State of Florida, parties of the second
part, whose address is 2930 Sunrise Boulevard, Fort Pierce, Florida
WITNESSETH: That the party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of $10.00, to her in hand paid by the said
parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby aclmowledged,
has granted, bargained and sold to the said parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns forever, the following described real property,
to-wit
Lots 5 and 6 Block 2 of Emancipation Park
Subdivision, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 1 at page 38 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
And the said party of the first part does hereby fully war-
rant the title to said land, and will defend the same, against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever claiming by, through or Winder
the party of the first part.
